36. Plenty of drugs when I was in my 20's. Nothing whatsoever for 5 years now

...and that "nothing" includes no tobacco or alcohol. I've even cut out caffeine of any sort now, as it makes me a bit sick.

Worst drug was ecstasy. I watched it drive friends of mine into nervous panics and emotional wrecks, then I did it anyway and wound up just as bad for a time. The turnaround time coming back from that was years.
