53. You do know that this began when he torched $10,000 which he withdrew from the bank

and started a fire in the apartment. When the building manager and his wife arrived to rescue him and extinguish the fire he shot them dead and then opened fire from his balcony and then moved through the floors killing people.

How the fuck he didn't have a background check is way more crazy than the shooter himself.
