years. A friend was visiting in France and fell and broke two bones in her ankle, guess what, she received medical care right away. Her daughter-in-law is a French citizen and if the friend lives in France the daughter-in-law can get her insured for $10 a month. I was ask if my friend had to wait in lines for medical care, I told him that was false information and in fact her son went to France in February for heart surgery and immediately had the necessary testing and follow up procedures and is doing quiet well.
