141. Agreed, but we all know that's not happening

Every "climate conference" the world's governments hold always ends in the same way: agree that there's a problem, but that we need to do "more research" and come back again in another year or two because it would be too costly to business to go green in any meaningful way.

In the meantime, we keep adding more carbon to the atmosphere and the climate keeps getting more and more out of whack.

I try to live as sustainably as possible, I vote for ecologically conscious candidates, I write my congressmen, I attend a monthly meeting of like-minded locals who try to pressure our government to do more to act before it's too late. At this point there's not much more I can do individually to catalyze global change, so I must act personally instead.
