Some of the texts the first time were not consensual.

The law has not caught up to cyber sexual harassment. I do not see what he is doing any different than Filner. The latter, we are covering the scandal, is hands on (and not the only scandal). Why it is easier to grasp as quite possibly sexual assault and battery.

Oh and offering a job could be pay to play, a serious crime...incidentally the Feds are looking at Filner for precisely that with developers right now.

I am as liberal as they come...but this has a certain level of narcissism and disrespect for women that is not acceptable, in public sector or private sector.

That said...given the very real polls, he's done.
