At this point, it's backed by his very real collapse in the polls, Anthony Wiener is the issue.

Given his very real collapse in the polls, voters want him to go spend more time with his family, his therapist and go away.

Any politician that becomes the issue in this way...is pretty much done.

There is more, we are living it in San Diego, Anthony could cost the city money, and potentially, given his behavior, could paralyze city hall.

Finally, what you are defending is not just a narcissist (requirement for model politics), but a man who has very little respect for social boundaries or women. That is what you are defending.

And don't tell me to go take a nap. Bluntly, Anthony Weiner is done.

In the anatomy scandal, we are exactly at the same point in San Diego and NYC...the go away phase.
