50. Well the the Olympic Committee had another option

when they voted for Russia. Yet they still the site. Pyeongchang (South Korea) lost by four votes and will be hosting the Winter Olympics in 2018. I'm wondering if they shouldn't be speeding up the infrastructure projects in case Russia's plans fall apart. One of the largest projects is a high speed rail line between Seoul and the site in the east.
