I'd rather see them split up the events if they couldn't fit it all in one place; like say, have the ice skating in Norway, and the skiing - luge stuff in Canada, and the gymnastics any-old-where, rather than give Pootie the play. They could do a huge TV ceremony, with big screens at the different locations--it would be a tech challenge, but interesting nonetheless.
The venues they would choose would have to be "equality friendly" of course!
