Even beautiful, smart, successful, confident women can end up in abusive situations too. It's BS to imply that one has to be weak and have shitty self-esteem to be the victim of abuse. It's also a dangerous implication for people who are in abusive situations and don't realize it because they don't feel they fit the profile of a submissive woman with 'poor self esteem'.
