The YMCA allegedly failed to stop the illicit activity despite being aware of it for decades while promoting itself as a safe place for families.

--Which was their contention I suppose and what they were trying to 'charge' them with (ie, get money from them with)

I never saw any of that at my local YMCA where I played chess and am glad they didn't win the case.
