There are wealthy people in the tech business all over the world that will be happy to give him work. It's not like he gave up spies working in N. Korea or Iran. I don't have a problem with Americans knowing the NSA is spying on them and I think terrorists groups already suspected such activity was taking place. This wasn't a real shocker for some groups of people.
