That's a list all right. Granted, it's pretty non-specific and mostly pointless, but it's a list. There is one difference between them I can name and I hate to do it because it favors the man I consider to be hands down the worst president in American history. The big name criminals of Bush's early economic crisis were prosecuted and he signed a bill that contained criminal sanctions against those who would commit the same acts. The same is not true of Obama. He has refused to prosecute anyone connected with mortgage backed securities and he signed an extremely complex law that amounts to a jobs program for big name law firms.

Any first-year law student could have made a cogent case against the fraudulent practices that led to the crash. Contrary to the president's claim, it's not that immoral behavior was not illegal, it's that the relevant authorities abdicated their responsibility.
