(8,879 posts)25. Absolutely! That's why the behavior seems
to be so deeply ingrained. They're having a real hard time adjusting to the ubiquitousness of the cell phone camera because they have been able to operate in the dark exactly tho way for so long. I'm willing to bet we're seeing much less excessive force ready due to the cameras. It makes me cringe thinking of what it must have been like when it was all arrested person's word vs professional court witness (cops) word.
