9. I must say that I am proud of our residents

They (and Colorado residents) are the standard bearers. There is much responsibility upon our collective shoulders. We must demonstrate sustained acceptable behavior.

We are grass roots ALEC. We created a "model bill" for others to emulate.

I congratulate our great state on this.
