at the US command in Afghanistan to specifically prevent "sensitivity issues" like this one ...which are likely going to cause riots and bloodshed?

We're spending jillions of dollars on this war, and we've been there for a decade; we should know how easy it is to incite the locals --and how relatively easy it is to avoid doing so.
