5. Santorum's opponents from the left will be silent, Rush

Unless Rush was referring to the mythical "left" of the Republican party, we on the left aren't going to utter a peep about Santorum's alleged gaffe about politics being a team sport. For one, that's what we think. Nobody has a corner on all information and wisdom, so in formulating political policy, it's far better to have a team to consult than to go it alone.

Now, as for the lizard-brained jerks on the right, their cherished narrative of the Strong Man going it alone will not brook Santorum's heresy. Santorum will indeed get cream all over himself, but it will come exclusively from you, Rush, and your ilk.
