Though as the Pauls ascend, the Tea Party descends so they kind of cancel each other out.
In the meantime, only 51% of Russians (who are living under a genuine authoritarian regime) approve of Snowden's actions. You would think that if anyone in the world would appreciate Snowden, it would be Russian citizens.
A mid-July poll found that 51% of Russians approved of Snowden's whistleblowing activities and 43% supported granting him asylum in the country. http://www.theguardian.com/world/2013/aug/02/edward-snowden-asylum-russia-reaction
