filed in a state that challenges Obama's eligibility to be on that state's presidential ballot needs to be immediately thrown out and the filers slapped with Rule 11 sanctions and declared vexations litigators. Apparently, this idiot has never heard of or understood "amendment", nor does he understand that the constitution he claims to revere provides for amendments and spends a good deal of time mapping out the possible processes for them, And how in the holy fucking hell is the 14th Amendment NOT ratified?
