(37,068 posts)Although we've often disagreed I've always found your posts civil and persuasive, even when they don't persuade me. They're obviously driven by your pro-Obama, pro-authoritarian agenda, but that's alright. Insight into how others view events differently than ourselves is almost always useful.
But your relentless efforts to discredit and demonize Ed Snowden these last weeks has undermined your credibility. Your agenda is growing threadbare. You stretch your points way beyond their shelf life, and your posts are no longer insightful, but rather desperate souinding instruments of character assassination.
I'm sorry to say that I'm adding you to my ignore list. It's a short list, and most DUers I put on it are ultimately tombstoned for their excesses. I doubt that will happen to you-- you're not the histrionic sort, I don't think. Still, your posts have become so OBVIOUSLY driven by your personal agenda that they contribute little of value to the larger discussion on DU. They're utterly predictable, and shrill. I'm done reading them.
