16. As a person who had that procedure done when it first came out I can tell you there are

so many side effects you can't believe. My weight loss was great but when I hit 50 everything went down hill. I have many medical problems connected with the surgery but I would do it again. Because it isn't fun being made fun of all the time. I was very very heavy. I didn't have any medical problems except being heavy. No problems associated with being heavy many people have. I always worked harder then the skinny person because I never wanted some to say I was lazy because I sure wasn't and many times received bonuses. I would have my cloths made and always dressed nice. I never wanted someone to say I was a slob. I would go and have my hair done once a week. I never took off from work. Stayed when they needed someone to stay. I was single so I always made sure I would stay back when they would close early christmas day so the married ladies could go home and finish what they needed to do. I alway went behond what I needed to do and did it to prove myself. It is sad that people like the poster see people in the wrong light. Maybe instead of making fun look at why his district keeps voting him back in. He must be doing something right. Personnel I would vote for him. He is dedicated to his district. Shame on you. You have no idea what a person who is morbid obese goes through. Sometimes it has nothing to do with what they eat. So get yourself informed it will make you a better person
