24. You are right, but not for the reasons you think

Our colleges right now are chock FULL of students who have no business being there at all, except Mommy and Daddy have money. Some of these kids are just flat stupid, and yet there they are. On the other hand we have an awful lot of brilliant young minds that DON'T go to college, for a number of reasons that all come down to money.

Just imagine what we could achieve if we gave the most education to those who can actually make use of it.
