How many work for them

How big of a budget they have

plus all the other shit
that even congress or the courts don't know

I'm willing to bet
Obama doesn't even know enough about this 'secret agency' except what they tell him that's been around since Truman and has its own lifetime company men and company policies just like the CIA.
