And what is wrong with being a libertarian? Or more precisely a LEFT WING libertarian? AKA Civil Libertarianism.

The traditional definition of term simply means "anti-authoritarian", and was used as an way of describing a left-wing liberal ideology. True libertarianism is the ideology exemplified by the ACLU which outdates the LP by around 40 years!!! Anywhere else in the world libertarianism describes a liberal philosophy. Hell, as recently as the 1970s libertarianism referred to a liberal position.

The right wing lying hypocrites hacks like the pauls have STOLEN the title from us and we should reclaim it! They LIE about supporting social liberties and then defend the most authoritarian of position by claiming states rights? Thats not libertarianism, that is pseudo position held by Republicans who want to smoke dope.

They DON'T SUPPORT ACTUAL LIBERTY!!! They are corrupting a great term to promote enslaving people to the will of corporations and the rich! They are the definition of authoritarian.

Everything you described is the position of left wing libertarianism. We don't need a new word for it, we need to reclaim a word that belongs to us!
