12. I'm starting to have issues with the whole "spirituality" thing.

I'd like an explanation.

Does my delight and wonder in the natural world count as being "spiritual"? Somehow I don't think so. It is delight and wonder.

And what is "spiritual" anyway? Some sort of mystical experience or state of mind?

I would assert that appreciating the world one lives in, loving the people who surround you and the wider world , supporting ones community and going softly in the world are what matters and what makes us human. And being human, I think, is far more important than being "spiritual".
