Living through that first hand, seeing all the corruption is what turned me towards Socialism. But, all of those questions of corruption never got resolved. 9-11 happened and took the heat off the stock market corruption and crash. We can never get a handle on it. We are too far down the rabbit hole. There is no returning to a non-corrupt state.
