I feel we need to boycott North Carolina [View all]

I just saw online story on voting on Rachel's show, and I'm really pissed now. I wasn't before, but now I am.

How sick is it that a group of people can't play by the rules, so they have to cheat to win.

They are shutting down voting on college campuses and consolidating it into a single precinct.

Having more people show up to vote may not be enough IMO. I could be wrong. But a national

boycott of businesses in entire state is an idea I had and feel it could have some traction. These

bastards need more than a kick in the ass to let them know were not going to take this s*** sitting

down. I would like to see some national TV ad of some kind telling people to not visit NC and take

your conventions to another states like Calif, Oregon, or a more friendly state. I'll even write the

friggin script (and I do know how to write radio/TV copy)! I've

seen some facinating actions by Move-On and other groups over the years--and they worked. So

perhaps its time to speak the language people know: $$$. I'm not in NC, but I feel no matter where

you live, your actions matter. We need to get our act in gear now. Get all the names of these scum-

sucking douchbags in the legislature, and

attach their faces to something that resembles their actions to suppressing our right to vote, and

the students and minorities. The NC legislature and Gov. Corey, or whatever his f'ing name is, needs

to know he just messed with the wrong crowd. Finally, I have to quote the great Mike Malloy: "Did I

ever tell you how much I hate these people"?
