Pretty hard to determine any physical evidence. If anything is to be believed from it, it wasn't anything measurable, but based on what the PERSON described to the officer first responder.

So, if he had a medical marijuana card, and had suffered from PTSD, and therefore had had prior use of a medicine which he reacted to years before, adding to this the hearsay about what was believed to be in his system, none of it could be determined to relate the this accident, nor could any of it explain the condition of what was found behind the car (intact engine) at the scene.

I just love how people pile on... tells me a lot about the human race, and specifically those who feel they have to push this kind of stuff neatly into a package that supports "NOTHING TO SEE HERE... MOVE ALONG"...
