she moved to Wyoming, the state her father represented in the U.S. House during her formative years, to run for the U.S. Senate. I suppose she figured that since she was living in Wyoming at the time she bought the fishing license, she should buy the resident license. She did not read the fishing regulations before making that purchase.

I think it is that for them to even be on the ticket they had to have residence in separate states
