As long as Bradley Manning has the same male equipment he was born with, no doubt he will be be referred to as "he" by just about everyone, and it doesn't matter if he calls himself Chelsea, Doris, or Sheena: Queen of the Jungle.
If I express my preference to be called "Doctor" or "Excellency" or "Master" is everyone here obligated to do so or be labeled a bigot? get real.
