62. Prisons have the duty to provide prisoners with proper medical care.

I know, it's this whole thing with the Eighth Amendment and SCOTUS ruling that depriving prisoners of medical care being cruel and unusual punishment.

Why do DUers find it hard to accept that prisoners have the right to medical care. Including appropriate treatment for gender dysphoria including hormone therapy and gender reassignment surgery?
