DRC (Congo) killed each other by the millions in vicious warfare that is still going on. No need to interfere.

Syria. Has 20 million people.

Must intervene in a war that has no clear victims or villains other than the Syrian people. Support Al-Qaeda or Syria. Pick one. We are picking what side again?

DRC: 67 million people.
