20. I truly understand.

More than you might think or that I am willing to write here. It's very difficult to stand by in that kind of situation. Best to keep the child as close to the family as possible. In my situation, the couple and child moved in with the mom's grandmother, a retired nurse. I knew the child would be fed -- that grandmother had fed two generations already. Best wishes to you and yours.
