This is absolutely disgusting video.

That was murder.

I noticed that the tv news logo said it was 6:05 and 109 degrees in Phoenix, and I wondered if the heat had something to do with him going up on the roof.

That poor man.

eta: The Phoenix police dept. fired an officer in July who was videoed saying "“I got one tool and that tool is to beat people up and take them to jail. OK?”"
