It's the norm now. The Clinton boom wasn't so much of a boom as it was easy to find 2 or 3 low paying jobs to keep one's head above water. Now, even that isn't possible. Raising the minimum wage is the best start to fix this mess, and we all know it, but the teabagger Congress would impeach the President before that happens.
