37. There is a vibe about them like they are above it all

Their regional management team showed up at a zoning board hearing a few years ago. Nothing but arrogant pricks.

Part of their request was to allow a curb cut that would have created a dangerous and traffic-snarling left turn into their place just 50 feet from a very busy intersection. Their attitude was, "Maybe you don't know who we are. We're Frigging Starbucks, so you have to pass this for us." Their petition got rejected.
