20. If you have heard this from caucasians all your lives....

why wouldn't you think a black man would feel the same way??? I am not condoning any violence. but if you target a race for violence from the time you have come in their presence, why wouldn't anyone think that there wouldn't be a black person who felt that way?? Well please be aware. There are some black people who will not take some things with a grain of salt and use civil disobedience. You cannot be violent to people and think they are all going to be non-violent. Look how long these crimes of hate have been perpetrated in America. This is not to justify the employee who is advocating violence. I am a firm believer that if you use violence you get violence. And I don't see why any one is scared. They have been hearing this kind of rhetoric for years. Only its been coming from the other side.
