there are so many computer clever people in our world. Nothing any Gov wants to be secure should be online ever. Then they STILL,have the thousands of 'contractors & employees' who steal and sell secrets to deal with.

I remember a game developer years ago, who said about hackers and developing games.
" If you make it, they will come"
