37. An ocean of Obama hating spams out there.

I used to receive and read them all in an attempt to formulate counter argument and truly understand the thought process.

Some are well written, but most are simplistic and carefully crafted to seduce the simple mind.

The volume is surprising.

I absolutely believe there is a well financed anti-Obama spam writing factory that churns this stuff out like an assembly line. Lots of red, white, and blue. Lots of bald eagles. Lots of patriotic tugging. Lots of disgust for lazy people that want hand outs. Lots of European references to socialism. Lots of God being chased from schools. Lots of Islamphobia.

I put an end to it by writing back the folks that were sending it to me. In a way, I wish I had not. The crafting toward a target audience was fascinating to me.
