10. There is no industry for a perfect product.

You need casualties and tragedy and the most you will get out of a stoner is when there are no more cheetos in the bag. Then a 5 hour verbal argument ensues over who has to go to the store to get more. Booze can always ensure violence in the parking lot, drunk driving deaths, domestic violence. Tobacco would probably not kill as many people if it was natural and not filled with industrial waste.

The govt is bass-awakrds in this priority, because they still remember how well it went last time they outlawed our favorite public drug (alcohol). Not very well.
