Could have told you that myself, just based on fifty years of watching the endless wars fought by the One Percent of both parties, using the manpower afforded them by the lower echelon of this society, to wreak havoc, death and waste on third world nations, where the skin tones are decidedly darker than is normally found inside the Halls of Congress.
