Ahmad was very specific that it was "just the other night." I believe it also happened earlier this year, but this was near Damascus, and that is a whole other ball of crazy....

(I had seen your reply earlier, and apologize for not responding sooner; I don't think this is an oil situation, but in fairness, I understand the "follow the money" thoughts.)
