The problem is that parents let their little girls watch Hannah Montana because she wasn't inappropriate...and that made Miley Cyrus rich.

If you've ever seen little girls strutting like they are on the catwalk you will know why parents are freaking out at the idea of their daughters imitating her and grabbing their crotches in public. All of a sudden Miley Cyrus is off limits as anyone they want their daughters to imitate.
