22. The G20 meeting is in St. Petersburg, Russia on September 5 and 6.

IIRC, Obama is scheduled to leave on Tuesday, with a stop in Sweden before going on to St. Petersburg.

So unless the attack is over Labor Day weekend, its doubtful that it would be done until Obama gets back. Which is almost the 9th.
