29. I would expect around 2 or 3 am Monday morning Syrian time.

That would be after 6 pm EDT Sunday in the US.

The attack would be in the very early morning hours. The new moon is on the 5th, but the early hours of the 2nd should be OK.

I couldn't be on Saturday morning, because that would be too soon after the inspectors leave.

Waiting until the next night would be bad, because you'd want to do it while most of the world's financial markets are closed, although Asia would be open. Having the US markets closed Monday would be a good thing, since all the gyrations would happen elsewhere and the outcome should be clear before US markets open on Tuesday.
