10. Point 1 and 2, that's what I believe

point 3, I don't know what is best for the President to do in any/every situation, however, I expect him to be honest and truthful with the American people, I expect him to try EVERY option before any military strike. I will not blindly trust any politician. I guess I'm 2 out of 3 and that makes sense to me.
