... if a person ran an anti-welfare ad playing on a double stereotype -- the idea that Black people speak poor English and that Blacks are on welfare more than others?

Just because a person is making a point you agree with doesn't mean that it's right that they're bigoted while they're doing it. Makes you look bad.
