I got used to this sort of thing years ago, the notion that there are some males out in the world who spend their entire lives twisted up with hatred of all women, even if they marry one to keep the house clean.

This goes beyond mere bullying. This was assault with intent to commit grave bodily harm, as evidenced by his taking pictures of an unconscious person and driving away. This is what should cost him his license, his failure to ascertain she was even alive.
