because of the economy or the gasoline prices or fear of unsafe infrastructure (hence overpass/bridge) but
the barrels of ?whatever? at the bottom of the overpass...ick, I don't even want to think about that.

ps..the 101 freeway in SO CAL was jammed with vacationeers going North and South...so.
