program of sex education. Undoubtedly it is the most effective form of birth control and prevention of std's, but it's also one of the most difficult to follow. If we expect teenagers to make responsible decisions, they need to be fully informed of the options available to them and the risks involved in being sexually active. Otherwise, it's like teaching them to drive without showing them how to use the brake pedal.
