bowling alleys, concession shops, golf courses, gas stations, movie theaters, swimming pools, gyms, thrift shops, Class VI stores, on base schools, etc., etc. Many of the clinics are supplemented by civilians too. There's not much "military" in today's "tail" when one is talking tooth-to-tail ratios.
